The truth about Hell and the Resurrection
I will tell you something, you might not want to hear; actually three things. 1. This was a parable with a REAL MEANING THAT FITS OTHER SCRIPTURES. If it was saying what you think. Christ would have denied what he taught elsewhere.. 2. Parables were not use by Jesus to make sure people understood. He told his disciples that he used parables to HIDE HIS MEANING to all, except by those who are suppose to understand.
Matthew 13:10-11
10 And the disciples came, and said unto him, Why speakest thou unto them in parables?
11 He answered and said unto them, because it is given unto you to know the mysteries of the kingdom of heaven, but to them it is not given.
Mark 4:
10 And when he was alone, they that were about him with the twelve asked of him the parable.
11 And he said unto them, Unto you it is given to know the mystery of the kingdom of God: but unto them that are without, all these things are done in parables:
12 That seeing they may see, and not perceive; and hearing they may hear, and not understand; lest at any time they should be converted, and their sins should be forgiven them.
13 And he said unto them, Know ye not this parable? And how then will ye know all parables?
3. Now listen and understand this parable. It is something specific about the resurrection.
People do not as some think go to heaven because they are poor or to hell because they are Rich as this parable seems to say. Jesus is using RICH AND POOR to refer to TWO DIFFEREND GROUPS of people
RICH: Those who know the truth and just refused to obey
POOR: Those striving for life and goodness but don’t have it all yet KINGDOM.
(A) Notice the rich man died and WAS BURIED (When he opens his eyes he is in the midst of FIRE at some point)
(B) The Poor man died and is carried by Angels (at some point) into the Bosom of Abraham. Notice, Abraham doesn’t have a Giant LITERAL Bosom to hold millions of Christians (Mark 13:27) “And then shall he send his angels, and shall gather together his elect from the four winds, from the uttermost part of the earth to the uttermost part of heaven.
Ok, not here is WISDOM.
I just posted how the Apostle said that ONLY GOD has immortality. I also posted how the Apostle said in 1 Corinthians 15 that resurrections will happen this way. 1. Christ, which has happened already. 2. Then those that are Christ when he comes back. (The first general resurrection) These are ONLY CHRISTIANS. Remember Paul said that NO ONE would become IMMORTAL before this point. Only God is immortal now.
1 Corinthians 15:
22 For as in Adam all die, even so in Christ shall all be made alive.
23 But every man in his own order: Christ the firstfruits; afterward they that are Christ's at his coming.
24 Then cometh the end, when he shall have delivered up the kingdom to God, even the Father; when he shall have put down all rule and all authority and power.
25 For he must reign, till he hath put all enemies under his feet.
26 The last enemy that shall be destroyed is death.
Paul goes on to describe man. What he is, A LIVING SOUL and Paul claims that is natural. He says that just like Adam was natural so is man. He claims that Just as Jesus is NOW a spirit, so SHALL man be, in the FUTURE at the resurrection..
42 So also is the resurrection of the dead. It is sown in corruption; it is raised in incorruption:
43 It is sown in dishonor; it is raised in glory: it is sown in weakness; it is raised in power:
44 It is sown a natural body; it is raised a spiritual body. There is a natural body, and there is a spiritual body.
45 And so it is written, The first man Adam was made a living soul; the last Adam was made a quickening spirit.
46 Howbeit that was not first which is spiritual, but that which is natural; and afterward that which is spiritual.
THEN HE DESCRIBES MORE EXACTLY WHAT THE RESURRECTION will do to a human being, using himself and his own body.
47 The first man is of the earth, earthy: the second man is the Lord from heaven.
48 As is the earthy, such are they also that are earthy: and as is the heavenly, such are they also that are heavenly.
49 And as we have borne the image of the earthy, we shall also bear the image of the heavenly.
50 Now this I say, brethren, that flesh and blood cannot inherit the kingdom of God; neither doth corruption inherit incorruption.
51 ¶ Behold, I shew you a mystery; We shall not all sleep, but we shall all be changed,
52 In a moment, in the twinkling of an eye, at the last trump: for the trumpet shall sound, and the dead shall be raised incorruptible, and we shall be changed.
53 For this corruptible must put on incorruption, and this mortal must put on immortality.
54 So when this corruptible shall have put on incorruption, and this mortal shall have put on immortality, then shall be brought to pass the saying that is written, Death is swallowed up in victory.
UNTIL THAT TIME AND PAUL EXPLAINS NO MAN OTHER THAN CHRIST WHO IS GOD, HAS IMMORTALITY…..That means as Paul clearly shows people could still really die. Not the type of Dying Chruches usually teaches. That is not taught in the Bible. But the Type taught by SOLOMON.
Ecclesiastes Chapter 9: verses,
4 ¶ For to him that is joined to all the living there is hope: for a living dog is better than a dead lion.
5 For the living know that they shall die: but the dead know not any thing, neither have they any more a reward; for the memory of them is forgotten.
6 Also their love, and their hatred, and their envy, is now perished; neither have they any more a portion for ever in any thing that is done under the sun.
THAT IS WHY A RESURRECTION IS NEEDED. HE AGREES WITH THE APOSTLE PAUL. If you are already an immortal, no need for a resurrection. What? You need two immortal bodies?
Remember one of the first lies Satan told was that you would not DIE for certain or that it would not be TRULY DEATH, since he knew people would be able to see folk physically dead, so he invented immortality of the souls God made. Paul will spoke about this soul earlier, calling it natural. Immortal soul is the Lie that SATAN has SPREAD around the world to EVERY CULTURE. He has deceived the whole world. It is the FOUNDATION LIE, on which he builds all the false doctrines. This lie and it’s doctrines describes a different God that the real one. Satan knows that Getting to know the true God is eternal Life. A God that will bring you in the world without asking you and torture you FOREVER if you choose not his way, is DIFFERENT from a God that says what you earn from sinning is DEATH.
Keep this in mind, because it will help you understand the Parable of the rich man and Lazarus PERFECTLY. Neither will it contradict other scriptures as some false understandings do.
Then, after the 1000 year reign, there will be a resurrection of the just and unjust. I bet many think it takes place when those are resurrected at his coming, right? No, there will be people still in the flesh that Jesus and Christians MUST REIGN OVER.
THERE MUST BE A TIME OR TIMES FOR THEM TO BE SAVED AND CHANGED OR LOST. Many think when Christ comes it will be all over but the shouting. It will be for Christians but not the rest of the world. After Christ comes it is the time spoken of that THE WOLF WILL DWELL WITH THE LAMB, A child will play on a Snakes hole. Nation will not rise up against Nation and neither will they learn war again. BUT THEY ARE STILL FLESH. AND ABRAHAM AND DAVID will HAVE BEEN BROUGHT BACK TO LIFE AGAIN, just like the prophets predicted.
Now Lets see what happen at this point also, at Christ coming.
2 And he laid hold on the dragon, that old serpent, which is the Devil, and Satan, and bound him a thousand years,
3 And cast him into the bottomless pit, and shut him up, and set a seal upon him, that he should deceive the nations no more, till the thousand years should be fulfilled: and after that he must be loosed a little season.
4 And I saw thrones, and they sat upon them, and judgment was given unto them: and I saw the souls of them that were beheaded for the witness of Jesus, and for the word of God, and which had not worshipped the beast, neither his image, neither had received his mark upon their foreheads, or in their hands; and they lived and reigned with Christ a thousand years.
5 But the rest of the dead lived not again until the thousand years were finished. This is the first resurrection.
6 Blessed and holy is he that hath part in the first resurrection: on such the second death hath no power, but they shall be priests of God and of Christ, and shall reign with him a thousand years.
7 And when the thousand years are expired, Satan shall be loosed out of his prison,
8 And shall go out to deceive the nations which are in the four quarters of the earth, Gog and Magog, to gather them together to battle: the number of whom is as the sand of the sea.
9 And they went up on the breadth of the earth, and compassed the camp of the saints about, and the beloved city: and fire came down from God out of heaven, and devoured them.
10 And the devil that deceived them was cast into the lake of fire and brimstone, where the beast and the false prophet are, and shall be tormented day and night for ever and ever.
11 ¶ And I saw a great white throne, and him that sat on it, from whose face the earth and the heaven fled away; and there was found no place for them.
12 And I saw the dead, small and great, stand before God; and the books were opened: and another book was opened, which is the book of life: and the dead were judged out of those things which were written in the books, according to their works.
13 And the sea gave up the dead who were in it; and death and hell delivered up the dead who were in them: and they were judged every man according to their works.
14 And death and hell were cast into the lake of fire. This is the second death.
Now, those who want to hold this doctrine as PROOF that people are immortals already, they MUST AT ALL COST, tell you that this is not a parable. I will now explain something that may be helpful. In the Greek text from which this gospel was translated, THERE WERE NO CHAPTERS AND VERSES OR COMMAS. So go and read and see that he was telling a series of parables and though the chapter is added, he just continued to tell this parable. HIDING the true meaning UNTIL A PERSON to whom is was given to understand WOULD UNDERSTAND. All others won’t get it.
A couple things must be explained about judgment. The Church IS being JUDGED TODAY. How are we counted worthy to be CHANGED to IMMORTALITY at his coming if it was otherwise? Let’s see if Scripture says this also.
1 Peter 4: 17 For the time is come that judgment must begin at the house of God: and if it first begin at us, what shall the end be of them that obey not the gospel of God?
Also: The Apostle Paul in Hebrews 10:
26 For if we sin willfully after that we have received the knowledge of the truth, there remains no more sacrifice for sins,
27 But a certain fearful looking for of judgment and fiery indignation, which shall devour the adversaries. THAT IS WHAT CHRISTIANS CAN LOOK FORWARD TO WHO WILLINGLY TURNS FROM GOD…..Not people who NEVER heard the Gospel.
Peter again in 1st Peter 3: Explains to Christians what type of person they must be NOT TO BE DESTROYED BY FIRE. (They must have obtained immortality)
10 But the day of the Lord will come as a thief in the night; in the which the heavens shall pass away with a great noise, and the elements shall melt with fervent heat, the earth also and the works that are therein shall be burned up.
11 ¶ Seeing then that all these things shall be dissolved, what manner of persons ought ye to be in all holy conversation and godliness,
12 Looking for and hasting unto the coming of the day of God, wherein the heavens being on fire shall be dissolved, and the elements shall melt with fervent heat?
13 Nevertheless we, according to his promise, look for new heavens and a new earth, wherein dwelleth righteousness.
14 Wherefore, beloved, seeing that ye look for such things, be diligent that ye may be found of him in peace, without spot, and blameless.
15 And account that the longsuffering of our Lord is salvation; even as our beloved brother Paul also according to the wisdom given unto him hath written unto you;
The Prophets taught the same thing. Let’s look at this from Malachi.
MALACHI CHAPTER 4
1 ¶ For, behold, the day cometh, that shall burn as an oven; and all the proud, yea, and all that do wickedly, shall be stubble: and the day that cometh shall burn them up, saith the LORD of hosts, that it shall leave them neither root nor branch.
2 But unto you that fear my name shall the Sun of righteousness arise with healing in his wings; and ye shall go forth, and grow up as calves of the stall.
3 And ye shall tread down the wicked; for they shall be ashes under the soles of your feet in the day that I shall do this, saith the LORD of hosts.
There is NOTHING ABOUT IMMORTAL SOULS BURNING in any passages of the Bible. That is and always has been a pagan teaching that God’s people have always tempted him with and often made him angry. These are associated with the TEACHINGS from ministers of the BAALS that prophets and the people MIXED with God’s truth in the days of Elijah and others.
Now, understand the truth.
Jesus used the Rich man to represent corrupt professing Christians Firstly because they are given the TRUE RICHES to bring forth fruit. Every tree that bringeth not forth good fruit is hewn down, and cast into the fire. (Matthew 7:19)
Others that don’t have God’s truth or those that have not heard enough truth to make sense of it are the POOR man Lazarus. The poor man Lazarus does not represent Christians but what we would call a good person, nevertheless.
How could this be. Well, as David put it. I was young and now I am old, but I have never seen the righteous forsaken or his seed begging for bread. Lazarus does not represent a Christian. The RICH MAN DOES, A bad Christian or one that KNOWS the truth and turned to evil. (No longer really Christian) and after that all others who disobey God.
When any one dies, it makes NO DIFFERENCE if he has been dead for 10 seconds or 10,000 years. It is like a moment. What ever you were doing will still be in your resurrected mind. Because your SPIRIT which came from God and GOES BACK TO GOD when you die, no matter how good or bad you are contains recorded everything that you programmed in to it.. But after you die it is not some conscious GHOST. The Bible says that the Spirit of man is the candle of the YHVH, searching all the inward parts of a person. Read everything in the Bible about the Spirit of man and you will understand. Bottom line is UNTIL that information about you is destroyed, YOU CAN BE PUT BACK TOGETHER with a new body and never miss a beat. This is why Jesus says, not to fear him that is only able to destroy the body because that is not the end of you. That destruction of your Spirit information ONLY TAKES PLACE at the SECOND DEATH, The lake of fire, when the destruction of all OLD THINGS, to make a new heaves and a new earth takes place. This is what Paul, Peter and Malachi and Jesus is talking about.
Jesus was not talking about something new.
Incidentally, you cannot have a Second anything, if you did not ever have a FIRST. The deaths are real. The first is where you can be brought back to life and the Second is where you will be annihilated. Left neither a ROOT OR BRANCH as Malachi puts it. Nothing but some form of ash will be left.
With this information you should understand the parable.
Both these men eventually died. Lazarus was resurrection in the FLESH and lived right after the 1000 year Reign where Abraham, Isaac, Jacob, all the prophets live. Also others of the nations from time immoral will have been or at that same time be brought back to life. The nations will be at peace. The Bible says they will be FORCED and we will have ruled them a 1000 years, with a ROD OF IRON.
Later The Rich man who represents primarily a Christian gone bad is also resurrected, because we Stand before the judgment seat of Christ NOW and are being JUDGED NOW, so that when Christ comes we receive out PRIMARY reward IMMEDIATELY. In a moment. In the twinkling of an eye; at the last trumpet, we will obtain ETERNAL LIFE. IMMORTALITY. We still will receive for our works also.
But what does scripture say WILL happen to those Christians that the RICH man represents? Go back up and read it. NOTHING IS LEFT FOR THEM BUT THE FIRE that takes place at the time of the new heavens and new earth.
THUS here are the resurrections AGAIN in order.
LUKE 13:
24 Strive to enter in at the strait gate: for many, I say unto you, will seek to enter in, and shall not be able.
25 When once the master of the house is risen up, and hath shut to the door, and ye begin to stand without, and to knock at the door, saying, Lord, Lord, open unto us; and he shall answer and say unto you, I know you not whence ye are:
26 Then shall ye begin to say, We have eaten and drunk in thy presence, and thou hast taught in our streets.
27 But he shall say, I tell you, I know you not whence ye are; depart from me, all ye workers of iniquity.
28 There shall be weeping and gnashing of teeth, when ye shall see Abraham, and Isaac, and Jacob, and all the prophets, in the kingdom of God, and you yourselves thrust out.
29 And they shall come from the east, and from the west, and from the north, and from the south, and shall sit down in the kingdom of God.
30 And, behold, there are last which shall be first, and there are first which shall be last.
THE RICH MAN WILL BE IN THE RESURRECTION OF THE UNJUST to receive for his WORKS. Remember he had the truth and rejected it. All; of them, Malachi, Jesus, Paul and peter is talking about THIS day. I don’t know how long it will take for the elements themselves to dissolve. Jesus seems to suggest that it may start and build up but then it was a parable about the truth of scripture and not a CONTRADICTION OF all that is written. Those to whom it is given will understand.
UNFORTUNATELY this is the Doctrine that Satan started in the Garden. Every place people quote a scripture that can be twisted to make it look like it says that man is immortal or that the wicked will be in EVERLASTING PUNISHING in hell, their explanation VIOLATES and CONTRADICTS some very plain scriptures that SAY MOST PLAINLY the opposite. Here are a few examples of what God plainly speaks about this matter, you hear him saying in Scripture: 1. what you earn for sin is DEATH 2. The living know that they will die but the dead know not ANYTHING 3.The SOUL that sins SHALL die. He shall not live. 4. None can keep alive his own soul 5. If the punishment for sin is EVERLASTING burning in HELL, then NO ONE, not even CHRIST, has paid the penalty for you. Furthermore it would mean that he never really died for you. 6. Scripture teaches that every man, bad or good spirit goes back to God who gave it and in that day his thoughts, love, hatred, envy etc, perish. That is why a resurrection is needed. 7. Scripture say God ONLY has immortality. 8. No need for a resurrection if man is already immortal. Just leave the weak flesh dead since it cannot inherit the kingdom anyway. 9. Scripture says, Man is not spirit but flesh. 10. Paul says that a living SOUL IS NATURAL to be made a spirit later at the resurrection. 11. Scripture says if a man dies shall he live again? You can’t live again if you never died. 12. Scripture says that God will create a new heavens and a new earth, where in dwells righteousness. Churches say, not only so but “Wickedness too.” Because they teach the wicked will live forever. Ezekiel 13:22 “Because with lies ye have made the heart of the righteous sad, whom I have not made sad; and strengthened the hands of the wicked, that he should not return from his wicked way, by promising him life:” Because my friends if fire cannot destroy the wicked, it is not burning him at all. A spirit could stand in the sund and not be hurt. SOMETHING NEW that many don’t understand will be done and will completely burn up the Wicked, Scripture says. MALACHI CHAPTER 4

Satan has confused many by causing many well meaning people to propose an elaborate theory in which ALL SCRIPTURE cannot fit. The have to disbelieve the things I mentioned above. Like when God says, THE SOUL THAT SINS IT SHALL DIE… No matter that scripture says this, their theory still says, WELL DEATH MEANS being everlastingly PUNISHED. Notice: DEATH actually means what scripture says, that the DEAD KNOWS NOTHING. By reinterpreting these things SATAN has made many think they are not disagreeing with scripture. The problem is, EVERY time they use one of these theories, it ALL WAYS DOES VIOLENCE to what the WORD says. Like all pagan IDEAS, none of it make sense, WHEN we believe ALL GOD’S WORD. As it is written, “Man shall not live by bread alone but EVERY WORD that proceeds out of the mouth of God. So what happens when man TRIES to live by SOME of the words but not others that come out of God’s mouth? It ends up working against his life. Because if Jesus did not DIE according to what scripture says about DEATH, then it actually means he never died and we would be still in our sins. Those that teach this doctrine with which SATAN has DECIEVED the whole world is in ignorance fighting against themselves.
Thanks be to God that he has mercy for the ignorant, but those that CAN SEE CLEARLY must understand and bear his own burden and tell the TRUTH, even if it means that his enemies will be those of his own household.
