NO RIGHT TO BE WRONG

Bill Sullivan     NO RIGHT TO BE WRONG

SOME GROUP which I will not name wants to put a statue of Satan besides the 10 Commandments on the Arkansas state capitol grounds.
==============================
There are a lot of misguided folks who think they understand the Constitution who say things like: I do not like it but there are things like Separation of Church and state. And because of that they have a right to do it. Now I will try to explain so that any HONEST person can see that that Idea does not and CANNOT fit the criteria of constitutionality which requires that our government enforce it as a right.

Why cannot NAMBLA that organization that believes in having sex with kids declare their beliefs as religion and demand to have statues of a man have sex with a kid if it becomes a registered religion? This is not a stupid question. What is the limiting factor?

What if a group that believed in Moloch, preached and required members to burn their children in the fire to Moloch? Would the state have to accommodate Moloch and his criminal adherents? Why? What is the limiting factor. Do they use that limiting factor when a large enough segment of voters allow abortion on demand up and until birth. Former President Obama himself was willing to allow babies die, even after they were born if their mothers declared that they were no baby but was only a non human glob of flesh called a fetus.

You might say, no that would be criminal. But if it is their religion, do not they have that RIGHT? Most folk cannot really understand how the Constitution forbids it.

1. A group of women from ancient times have a religion of having sex with snakes and their symbol is a naked women doing exactly that.
2. A group of men declare that their religion requires the beheading of black people
3. Another very long time group has a religion of rebellion that instructs how to destroy all types of government by personal individual actions as they grow in numbers.
4. Another group does not believe in God and claims the constitution give them the right to destroy the whole concept of God.
5. Another group claims to be a man today; a woman tomorrow or a something the next day or in fact can change any minute of the day.
All of these groups claim that government must use force to make societal structures and individuals treat them and their beliefs as equals to what historically is considered normal.
QUESTION:
Which one of these have a right  that requires government to impose this upon the public?
ANSWER:
None of them!

I tell you almost no one I run into understand what the founders were doing. They were not setting up a right for anyone to do and say any thing they want. They were revealing certain rights self evidently displayed in nature and available for all to see; and left the rest to Freedom (FREE WILL). Freedom allows you the opportunity without force of government to:
Love; hate; buy; sell; steal; tell the truth; lie; save; kill; speak nice; or cuss people out; be sober; or be drunken. And there are too many other things to mention.

What the founders intention and what they did was to set up government on the concept that the deciding of rights were outside of man. They were to be only discernable self evidently (scientifically and logically demonstrable in nature) by everyone. They are inalienable precisely because those rights come from God alone and man has no right to violate them. Some idiot might say what God? We just said, the God that created nature and the demonstrable rules in it all can see. No matter what you might call him. He created nature. There is where his rules and rights are seen. THIS IS THE STANDARD upon which the Constitution is founded. Those are the ONLY rights government has the Constitutional power under our system to enforce on all citizens, no matter what they believe. Every thing outside of the laws of nature is outside of the jurisdiction of legislatures and courts in our system.
(A) We see in nature the innocence of all very young creatures, they need to be protected and not violated by the force of adults.
(B) It is clear they said that all men are created equal:
(a) that includes babies
(b) that means man has not right to take the lives willy nilly of others born or unborn.

Am I making this all up?
"The evidence of [the] natural right [of expatriation], like that of our right to life, liberty, the use of our faculties, the pursuit of happiness, is not left to the feeble and sophistical investigations of reason, but is impressed on the sense of every man. We do not claim these under the charters of kings or legislators, but under the King of Kings." --Thomas Jefferson to John Manners, 1817. ME 15:124

"A free people [claim] their rights as derived from the laws of nature, and not as the gift of their chief magistrate." --Thomas Jefferson: Rights of British America, 1774. ME 1:209, Papers 1:134

"Natural rights [are] the objects for the protection of which society is formed and municipal laws established." --Thomas Jefferson to James Monroe, 1797. ME 9:422

Notice Above; freedom leaves you to police yourself and decide whether to do good or bad. You do not want a government that tries to control your thoughts and every move you make. Freedom allow everyone and opportunity  to try to inform each other IN HOPE that men are more likely to come to the right decision with everyone free to insert their wisdom and knowledge into a given situation.

THERE IS NO RIGHT TO BE WRONG!
I know many people say it, but it is not true. If that is true, then GO NAMBLA! Go servants of MOLOCH. There is no right to cuss someone out. There is just a freedom to do all the above as acts of FREE WILL... But if the people believe that your freedom of expression unduly impinges on the freedom of others; morality; or is in any way detrimental to individuals or society; government is not obliged by the constitution to enforce it. What if it tends to tear down the government itself as would a teaching of a belief that rights come from man and can be changed at any instance? Could it be that  the people have a right to cause their government to expose it and not support it in any way.. NOR does our system require them to elevate it in any way. Yes. There is no right to be wrong! I may go next door and start doing wrong with my mouth or I may shout fire in a crowded theater. If I do not police myself from doing things that are potentially detrimental to others, government will come take me away. And that is rightfully so, even though it is a natural right. Most of the things we have problems with are NOT natural rights and thus CANNOT be constitutional. Only natural rights are constitutionally enforceable on the American people

The 10 commandment are good and wholesome to all. They do not inform against society but for society. They do not allow the forcing of it upon others. They do not allow any kind of evil upon others.. That is definitely something the people can and may support. ALL OTHER beliefs and counter ideas are against our system and though people are FREE to have them and espouse them except in extreme situations; they have no power under our system to cause the government to impose their ideas in any shape form or fashion upon American citizens. In fact the Founding document does NOT support government doing so. And by the way all religions come back to the concept of God. They either believe or disbelieve in God. God is always the Key subject matter. They are theist or Atheist in world view. You believe; disbelieve or say, I do not know. If government pushes ideas which force the concept of God and nature out of the public square; they are in fact setting up the religion of atheistic Secular humanism. This means that in the name of separation of Church and State; government begins violating the Constitution by in effect setting up a religion of secularism by excluding every thing opposite. It cannot be shown to be natural law by demonstrable, self evident science and logic, it cannot be use by government to NORMALIZE society. It is unconstitutional. It is why I submitted two Constitutional amendment proposals that would reset the standard in the Constitution to what I have shown Thomas Jefferson recognized it was. Be careful SATAN is much smarter than man.
