Now Pastor Brooks walks in and sees James White, his former pastor.

Pastor Brooks: "My Pastor, it is wonderful to see you here! I certainly hope you like the way I have kept the congregation as safe as possible. I feel that we have done much better than most.”

James: "My Friend, I know that you have done your best but when the righteous are silent in the face of evil, the wicked scream all the more louder! Prepare the people and we will leave this place.”

Pastor Brooks: “Leave? Where will they go? How were you freed? Did you promise them that we would leave? If we leave want that be being in fact silent which is the very opposite from standing against evil?”

James: "The time is passed for that. You are free to stay and all who want to stay with you. All who will follow me get your stuff we will be leaving in 10 minutes.”

Pastor Brooks turned and about half the congregation followed him. Among these were Jim and Jenny. Jim and Jenny paused while Pastor Brooks walks out with a cell phone in his hand.

Jenny: “Dad, I love you but you are wrong. There is no way to get these people out of here. How are you going to do it? Will you just hold out your rod and the sea parts?”

James: “Jenny, Jim, some of my friends trusts me more than my own children. Come go with me, God will
 make a way.”

Jenny: “That is what you said when Mom was sick. Not even the doctors could help her. Dad, this is why she left you
because you believe in fairy tales.”

As they talked Pastor Brooks was getting off the phone. James saw what he was doing and lined up the half of the congregation in the large Chapel. A total of about 560 people.

He placed the 2 deacons who were still with him behind the six lines and he himself looked at Jim and Jenny before walking to the front of the lines, facing the rear wall of the church.

Jenny and Jim walked outside. To their dismay they found that Pastor Brooks has called the authorities,

Jim: “What have you done?  It’s my Dad. They will kill him for sure if they think he is leaving to
 work with the militias.”
