THOMAS and the YOUNG WOMAN

Thomas had decided to don a sombrero, understanding that to make oneself stand out was a way of saying this guy has nothing to hide. No one would ever expect that this Thomas fellow would make himself a spectacle.

As he passed a certain lady whom he heard talking to her 22 year old daughter.

Lady Morgan: ‘Kelly, it’s not right to get pregnant just to sell your babies to the authorities.”

He started to walk on by until he heard that conversation.

During the short nap that he had before he left Linda’s home, he had seen a dream of little babies who had become sources for blood to the vampires. He had wondered if the dream had significance to his mission.

Thomas: “Excuse me ladies, but I could not help overhearing some of your conversation. Is it possible that you can tell me who and where are the authorities that allow a person to give them their children for Government care?"

Lady Morgan: “I am not sure but Kelly knows. I don’t understand. My parents would never have allowed any authority to dictate how they raised us. Neither would they contemplate given us away to anyone. And at your age sir, you should now better!”

Kelly: “Oh Mom, This gentleman needs help and I not giving away my child. It will help other people and
I will get paid.”

Lady Morgan: “I have heard bad rumors about that place,”

Thomas: “What rumors would that be?”

Kelly: “Oh some folk are saying that the authorities are Vampires or something silly like that.  You see that must be because of the blood taken from the babies to help others.”

Lady Morgan: “Talk to Ethel Kelly. Sir, I did not get your name." She pauses a moment to give him time to
offer her a name.
"But who ever you are, you should speak to her also.”

Thomas: “Where could I find this Ethel?”

Kelly: “It is a waste of time. Its not like there are real Vampires, you know!”

Thomas: “It is worth taking an hour to be sure what and if there is any danger whatsoever, wouldn’t you say?”

Kelly: “I suppose so. She lives around the corner. I have never spoken to her. I would hate to tell her, Mame, you have lost your mind. I’ll take him there Mom.”

Kelly: “Come on, man with no name. You did not tell us your name you know.”
