Barb: “Sally come here a moment.” Hoping to be able to totally inform her about the situation.

Dana: “I am Mrs. Hankins.” Dana said thinking that Sally might have had a fire for Thomas.

Sally: Sally walks over to Barb.  “I have a feeling that was what you did not want me to hear. Well, I wonder what Tabitha would think of that. She let this Thomas fellow know that she would like for him to pass through again.  You know Tabitha, she would never do that if she wasn’t stricken with him. That’s too bad! I even thought he
 was a great guy.”

Barb: “He did great things. Don’t just take this woman’s word.”

Sally: “Why would she want to lie on herself?”

Barb: “To run off other women, of course. Anyway tell her nothing. If she is his wife, then she ought to
 know where he is.”

Sally: “I can find out if she is a lover or a spy.”

Barb: “Be careful," she says. While looking across her shoulder at Dana.

Dana: After sally came back to the table.  “I thought you were never coming back.”

Sally: “Why? You sure you are married to Mr. Hankins, I felt for sure that he had a thing for my friend Tabitha. I know she had one for him. The way they looked into each other’s eyes! The way he held her on his
shoulder was tender.”

"Good luck Mrs. Hankins."

Dana: “I don’t need Luck missy! Whoever she is I am sure there is no comparison to him being with me. Tell her I said not to waste her time.”

Sally stopped by Barb’s booth on her way out.

Sally: “Don’t look in her direction. I said don’t look darned. She is definitely emotionally attached. Men, don’t
 hire-em if you can’t fire-em.”

When Sally left, Dana waited about 30 seconds and left the restaurant also.

Dana, looked both ways, saw Sally get into a vehicle and quickly got into her own.

She followed Sally until she came to Tabitha’s house. Sally parked and Dana made a circle around the block, fearing that having to wait on traffic will cause her to miss something. When she finally came back around, Sally was still at the door talking to some slinky good looking woman.

Dana: Thinking to herself.  “Yea, that’s his type alright. This gal doesn’t have a clue. I’ll show her what happens when you mess with another woman’s man. I haven’t come this far with him, just to allow some floozy to take him from me. He has put some spell on me and I cannot let him go and I think I like it that way.  Am I going crazy or something?" She says to herself. "I'll go back after nightfall and put the fear of God in her."
