HAMMONDS ALTERED COURSE
Now, Rodger Schwartz had a common interest with Hammond. He had a storied interest in the occult
and strange phenomenon.
Hammond: Answering a security phone call. “Hello, its Hammond.”
Schwartz: “Hammond, I have a new assignment for you.”
Hammond: “I am not finished with this one. Is Tomlinson complaining? I got Mr. Thomas Hankins once and I can
get him again.”
Schwartz: “Yea, I know but so can Tomlinson.” Besides what I want you to do, he cannot do. There is an out break of reports of Vampires and werewolves. One would think that we are back in the middles ages.”
Hammond: “Ok, I’ll bite. Where do you want me to go?”
Schwartz: “I was thinking that you could begin in Spoon California and end up in Fork Washington.”
Hammond: “Sounds like people are having an eating feast; however, I think you have been watching too many Hollywood movies. The place to begin is in Texas and end up in Devil Town Ohio.”
Schwartz: “Ok, I know that you are as aware of the happenings as of late. We have secrets reports from many officials, leaders and a governor. We can no longer ignore it. There is no one else that I have that even takes the information very serious.”
Schwartz: “What do you think is happening Hammond?”
Hammond: “I am convinced that it is orchestrated to deceive.”
Schwartz: “By whom and for what reason? Could it be the Chinese or Iranians?”
Hammond: “I don’t think so Sir.”
Schwartz: “What do you think Hammond? I think you are hiding information. I can tell by the way you speak that you think you know something.”
Hammond: “Actually Sir, I have been giving this and many related matters a lot of thought lately and I am not quite ready to declare what I have found. You know me; I have to have a virtually open and shut case before I began to make declarations about any matter. That is as long as it doesn’t seem to jeopardize National Security. In this case Sir, it may have more to do with World security. This is not just a local Phenomenon, you know. Rome Italy is also full of reports now a days. Reports in France seem to be on a pace to match what it was in the 16th and 17th century.”
Schwartz: “I want to be the first to get a complete report Hammond, out." He said as he concluded the conversation.
