Thomas walked by the woods but near the cemetery. Out of the cemetery came what looked like a wild boar. Nothing like that had been reported in the area for many years.

It looked at Thomas with red eyes and it foamed at the mouth. It tusks stuck out a good six inches long on each side of its head. Then it began to run full speed directly towards Thomas.

Thomas hardly glanced over at it but when it was but a few yards away, he turned and spoke to the animal. Quit and return to the forest.”

The animal immediately stopped, turned and went into the woods.

All of a sudden a local storm with strong wind and rain came upon Thomas but he continued to advance towards
Tobey. His clothing did not flap in the wind and neither did he get wet with rain.

He then came to a parting of ways. At that point as it were two movie screens came up before his face. He
knew one lead to a direct confrontation with the 77 wizards and the other way would take him to Dana.

Thomas: “Dana, he said, as he turned and headed the way to the next town."

It was about noon when Thomas made it to Paula’s place.

He knocks at the door and Paula comes to answer it.

Paula: “Mr. Thomas. Why it is surprising to see you here. I guess you came to find Dana, right?”

Thomas: “Yes that is correct. How have you been Paula?” Thomas asks as Paula stares him down as if to try to figure out more of what makes him tick.

Paula: “Oh, I have been doing well. I have been looking into those things you mentioned to me several years ago.”

Thomas: “Has Dana been looking into them with you? There is little time any more and those that will shall
and those that are otherwise, will not.”

Dana: Sticking her head out of the guest room. “Back here.”

Paula: “Go ahead; my house is as your house.”

When Thomas walked into the guess room, no one was there. Then he heard Dana’s voice coming from the bath room. He could see that the door was partially open, just enough so he could see her beautiful legs coming up
out of the tub.

Dana: “Sorry, I am taking a bath but I will be there shortly.”

He watched as she bathed and she new it and put on a show of elegance.

Thomas: Turning his face to the wall. “God,  why could not things be different?”
