The fact of the matter was, he thought, this is the problem with my gift.
I cannot always see the end result of matters that I sense and
sometimes none of it.

Sometimes his gift made him feel like just a useful idiot, being used as
 if by individuals that no one knew.

Thomas: "Ok Hammond doesn’t know but you know that I have no real
authority over the Militias, so what is this little meeting all about?”

Rodger Schwartz: “Ahh! Mr. Hankins, It is true that we know none of your
movement is in charge of the militias.  That does not mean that you have no
 influence. In fact they attend your lectures, sermons or whatever you call
them, and pretty much live by them.”

Thomas: "Then why do you claim that these people are murderers?”

Rodger Schwartz: “Well, it is true that some homemade militias are violent
people and just kill anyone whom they think is part of the New World Order.
In fact, we are not worried about them. They are quite useful. It is you, people
like you and those that follow you, wither they are militia or not. You have a
message that people are willing to die for. As long as they have freedom of
conscience in their foreheads, they make it hard to bring about that which
many have worked for generations, A WORLD HARMONIOUS PEACE.”

“How does it feel Mr. Hankins?"

Thomas: “How does what feel?”

Rodger Schwartz: “Don’t play with me, Mr. Hankins. How does it feel
to be a person who single-handedly is held to be someone that can keep
the world as it was?  A world of wars, pride and prejudices, where
 few have almost everything and the many have little.”

Rodger Schwartz: “Didn’t your Sky God himself promise that there
would come a day when he would bring peace and goodness?”  Why
would you stand in the way?”

Thomas: "So now you preach good news from one in whom you do
 not believe?”

Rodger Schwartz: “Look, maybe I do come up short there but you believe,
 right?  All you have to do is get all our opposition to understand that they
 fight against the promises of God and they will listen to you.”

Thomas: "You have a man named Jake Talbert. I need to speak to him and
after that, we can talk about this. I will not discuss it until I get to talk
to him face to face.”

Rodger Schwartz: “I don’t think you understand, you don’t have a choice in
 the matter. You either do what we want or you die.”
