Heylel: “Now listen; there is much that we will learn from this Daniel.
Eloi apparently thinks it is funny that Angels must look into what he is
 saying to man to get some understandings. I just think it will make
victory that much sweeter!”

“Requalify all the leaders from those over nations to the ones running
 the smallest localities in the whole world, even into single homes.
Capture the imagination of the most capable and groom them to do
things that are coordinated with all we do. Control the masses as
invisible gods but in a way to make them believe they are dealing
either with the God of gods or some local god that is close to
the peoples concerns.”

Heylel: “Make sure all the fellows that control principalities and
powers to rule the earth, know that I will be vigilant about their
work and all are subject to be removed and another take their place.
Failure is not an option and we must use any means to secure a just
 end for ourselves.”

Heylel: "Every community must have its hold on all the best governmental
 leaders and its leaders that push spiritual things. If we do both at all times
man will always be trapped in his own delusions about all things. I want
detailed reports on men and women that you act upon. I want the efforts and
the results of all of these.”

“You see the bottom line is that it didn’t really matter that Job didn’t
 do all we wanted, or that David was still beloved by God or for that
matter, Daniel was not eaten by the lions.”

Heylel: "What really matters is that none of them were sinless. None of
them could earn the position for which they were made. Our Job is to
 see to it that none ever does.”

“Now get out there and make it happen.”
